Calling all creatives: Share your insights on CorelDRAW and other graphic design tools

For over three decades, CorelDRAW® has been a trusted companion for designers worldwide. What are the “secret ingredients” contributing to the product’s longevity and its ever-evolving character? Simple. We love to listen and hear from our users and the creative community. And we’re inviting you to join the conversation.

We’re passionate about asking questions and digging into your feedback. Every year, we dedicate resources to crafting a survey that delves into your experience with CorelDRAW and/or other graphic design tools, your expectations, perceptions, satisfaction, and suggestions.

Your feedback is our compass, guiding us towards continuous improvement.

Here’s what we’re eager to discover this year:

  • Critical areas for improvement: Your insights help us prioritize enhancements to our products.
  • Favorite tools: Tell us what makes you happy, so we can double down on those features.
  • Future feature wish list: Share your ideas to inspire new features and functions.
  • Workflow enhancements: We’re keen to make your design process smoother and your workspace more flexible.
  • Possible “red flags”: Your feedback helps us address existing issues and prevent future ones.
  • Learning curve: Share how we can make the onboarding and learning processes easier for you.
  • Primary use cases: Better understanding what you use graphic design tools for will help sharpen our engineering focus areas and the product roadmap.

But that’s not all. We’re also curious about your creative preferences. Do you crave new collections of clipart, fills, patterns, and textures, or are you looking to try out new brushes or templates? Let us know!

And speaking of preferences, we’re interested in your thoughts on purchase models. Do you prefer a perpetual license or subscription? Your input helps us tailor our offerings to your needs.

With the skyrocketing interest in artificial intelligence (AI) in recent years, we couldn’t resist hearing your thoughts on integrating AI into design processes. What routine design processes would you love to see automated with AI (think of removing noise/imperfections, refining vector tracing results, or organizing custom assets and content libraries, etc.)? Are you ready to delve deeper into AI’s role in the creative process?

For instance, envision AI generating vector graphics from text prompts to kickstart your design workflow or producing multiple design variations based on your initial vision. Your insights on this topic will help shape our AI roadmap.

At CorelDRAW, we believe that our audience is creative, talented, imaginative, exacting, and extremely complex, just like any creative personality. Keeping this in mind, we don’t want to miss something that is not on our radar. For this reason, we have open-ended questions, giving you the space to share as much feedback as you like.

And guess what? This year, we’re opening the survey to non-users too. Whether you’re a fan of big-name brands like Adobe or Canva, or prefer very specific niche products, your perspective matters.

We truly want to keep our eyes open and track the changes in the competitive landscape to identify areas where we can excel.  Let us know what tools would make your life as a designer easier, and what creative options inside the product could boost your creative process and inspire your new exciting projects.

We want to “get out of the building” and talk to you because we can’t be perfect, but we can get closer to your needs and wishes, whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the world of graphic design software.

We’re not just here to listen; we’re eager to understand our audience because our mission is to make our products continually better for you.

Your opinion matters. Let’s build something amazing together. Take the survey today!

As a token of our appreciation, we’re offering participants the chance to win one of ten $200 USD gift cards. It’s our way of saying thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences.
