Dreamy Effect Script

With the Dreamy Effect script you can instantly transform your photos into dreamlike scenes. The subtle sunburst effect adds a soft glow, and bright colors are toned down with a matte overlay. Bokeh light spots and a faint color leak enhance the ethereal quality of the effect. 

This script is compatible with PaintShop Pro 2018 and up.
